The Western REG ended this morning. The week-long camp included 18 hours of training, time trials, strength tests, speed work, talks by the US Ski Team including Andy Newell, technique work, double-pole sessions and a long distance combi workout.

The Superiorland Ski Club will hold summer training program on Monday – Thursday starting June 21 and ending August 5, 2009. Ages 12 – 19 are welcome and the cost for the program is $175.
