Newly crowned World Cup sprint champion Kikkan Randall (Anchorage) led the USA on Friday with a fourth-place finish in the final World Cup sprint of the season, which was also the opening event of the three-day Stage World Cup mini-tour in Falun.
IPC Nordic Skiing has announced that the 2015 IPC Nordic Skiing World Championships will hosted by CXC Skiing in Cable, USA, starting next January and will attract 180 athletes from 20 countries.

The trails were pristine, the weather just about the right coldness and more than 500 skiers raced through the Swedetown Trails this morning during the 34th annual Portage Health Great Bear Chase Ski Marathon.
All of Hanson Hills Cross Country Ski trails will be closed to skier traffic the weekend of March 14-16th. The trail system will be open to the use of Fat Bikes, for a fundraising event.
