Effective October 2008, the USSA will launch the first level of a multi-level cross country-specific Coaches Education Certification System. The curriculum is based on up-to-date practices used by the U.S. Ski Team in the quest for Olympic medals.
Skiers will get instant visual feedback though state-of-the-art Dartfish software video analysis at the fall cross country ski technique clinic at Kensington Metropark near Milford, Michigan on October 10-12.
The CXC Academy is not a new private boarding school; it’s an online education portal. It’s geared toward junior and masters skiers wanting inspiration and a few drills, to college and club coaches wanting to brush up on training physisiology theories.
