After finishing second in the freestyle sprint qualifier, Sophie Caldwell went on to finish fourth in Stage 1 of the Tour de Ski in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. Sadie Bjornsen and Jessie Diggins took 7th and 8th.

A crew of 60 volunteers worked this morning to prepare the Michigan Tech Nordic Training Center for the upcoming U.S. Cross Country Skiing Championships. The event is scheduled to begin Jan. 3.
