Base - Mix of UF7 and Performance Green
Parrafin - F40 Special Violet (or substitute F40, F31, or F15). 2 Layers are better than 1.
Top Coat - Solda S-20 Antistatic

Bert would typically recommend HP05 for these conditions, but history tells us that for some reason HP05 doesn't seem to run well uphill in new snow in Michigan.
