The U.S. Ski Team's Todd Lodwick (Steamboat Springs, CO) battled for the lead in a FIS Nordic Combined World Cup in Ramsau, before losing out in a five-skier sprint for third, finishing sixth.

For the first time after 1993, Slovenia will host a Viessmann FIS Cross-Country World Cup the upcoming weekend. In Rogla, a tourism resort at 1.500m above the sea level, the athletes will fight for the next World Cup points.

Senior Oskar Lund led the Michigan Tech ski team with a runner-up finish in the men’s 10-kilometer freestyle at the Michigan Tech Challenge Saturday (Dec. 14), then returned the next day to win the 10K Classic.
