A strong team effort, combined with a stunning anchor leg by Jessie Diggins, sent the U.S. women into fifth in a 4x5k classic technique relay at the FIS Cross Country World Cup in Nove Mesto. It is the best U.S. women's World Cup finish ever.

Jessie Diggins (Afton, MN) led the USA to 33rd in a 15k mass start FIS Cross Country World Cup in Nove Mesto. It was a rare day without an American in the points.
