Currently, conditions are very icy. Skins are not working well at all compared to klister. This might change if it snows enough Thursday night. There is also a whole lot of debris (needles, pine cones, twigs) in the tracks.

After a year of injury and reinjury, Milan Baic (Vasa Ski Club) returned in form to take the overall win in the 2018 North American Vasa 51k Freestyle.
A pair of Minnesota skiers, in a close finish, stole the show in the Men's 20k event, and the University of Michigan Nordic Ski Club showed up in force in the 20km classic.
