Cross Country Ski Headquarters wins another Michigan Cup! Good job getting your skiers out, Headquarters!
Hanson Hills/Cross Country Ski Shop has won the 2018 Brumbaugh Cup as the strongest senior team in the Michigan Cup Series. The Vasa Ski Club was second overall, with the Grand Rapids Nordic Ski Team third.
It took a week of hard work, but the folks at the Cross Country Ski Headquarters hauled snow over a 2 kilometer section of trail to make sure there were great conditions for the 2018 Michigan Cup Relays held this past Sunday

The 38th annual UP Health System Great Bear Chase is almost here! Conditions are looking great, with a packed base of 26” on the course and great temperatures leading up to Saturday, March 10th.
We changed the format to a 2-person freestyle relay this year in light of the Olympics (and our ski conditions). It was a ton of fun!

Andy Liebner won the overall in a blistering time of 55:18. In the women’s race, Daniela Gephardt skied the 2 laps in 35:15 to take the overall victory.
