NMU tops CCSA team standings at Telemark SuperTour

Grand Rapids Nordic’s Dave Mclean once again soundly thumped the competition by winning the Michigan Cup Marathon 30K in 18:58. In the women’s 15 Km, Amy Wichem won easily in 46:02.

Norway's Magnus Moan took in his fifth win of the season, coming within 52 points of the overall lead during a FIS Nordic Combined World Cup Saturday. The US's Alex Glueck finished 32nd, a career best.

Andy Newell (Shaftsbury, VT) found his form in Saturday's individual sprint, finishing fifth. It's the best result in the individual sprint for Newell so far this season. Italian Renato Pasini won.
