Nordic Ultratune to Provide Grinding Service for the Rossignol Nordic Race Team

Nordic Ultratune has joined the Rossignol Nordic Race Team as a sponsoring stone grinding service provider for the 2006/07 and 2007/08 seasons. 

The Rossignol Nordic Race Team and Nordic Ultratune are committed to providing the best equipment and support to the Team.   Robert Lazzaroni, director of Nordic Skiing for Rossignol, said,  “Nordic Ultratune provides us with stone grinding service of the highest quality, so that our Rossignol skiers will have the best possible skis and ski base preparation.    I visited Ultratune last winter and was impressed with what I saw.   In the spring we began discussing the idea of working together.   We’re happy to have Nordic Ultratune’s expertise and experience available to us.”

“Top level experience and feedback, received directly from the athletes and wax techs, is essential information for the continued development of our grinds and services.   This sort of direct feedback provides information on ski and structure performance.   The exchange of information also tells us about regional conditions and local microclimates that affect how the skis perform at different venues.   This directly helps our customers by expanding Ultratune’s knowledge base so that we can help skiers choose grinds that will work for their predominant conditions.”
