Crystal Highlander Balancing on the Edge

We are balancing on the edge of having the race due to shallow base causing our trackset to be marginal in a number of areas. I will assess the quality of the course conditions and make the go no go call on Thursday regardless of forecast that might promise more snow.

Although the trails otherwise are in great condition, I have to consider making sure the event is top drawer. We have had enough of skiing on rocks and dirt just for the sake of having the race... my humble opinion.
