Vasa Trail in Great Shape for This Weekend

After receiving 6 to 12 inches of new snow on the Vasa trail last Saturday night and Sunday, conditions could not be better for the 30th Vasa. If you bought new skis this year bring them. You will not need your rock skis or your “dirt wax” this Saturday. We will be able to offer all the advertised distances and will be able to set a deep track for the Classic Skiers. These are the conditions we all fell in love with when we started skiing.

Registration continues on line until Thursday morning and will be available at the Hagerty Center from noon until 10:00PM on Friday Night and at Timber Ridge on Saturday morning starting at 7:00AM. Any registered skiers wishing to change races can do so at packet pick up.

When skiing the Vasa on Saturday please remember to be courteous to other skiers and to thank the volunteers. And most of all have fun and enjoy the course.
