We are off to a slow start in Ohio just like everywhere else but hope to have races this coming weekend. We are currently hanging on to a thin but skiable base at Chapin Forest with full coverage on 3k. However, there is rain forecast for Tuesday, quickly turning to snow, we hope, so we're going to have to hold off until possibly as late as Thursday to make a call regarding the Ohio Nordic Flurry races.
Sadly, just north of I-90 (2 miles north) we got over two feet while Chapin has about 6-8" from the most recent lake-effect blast.
Details on registration and courses will be posted along with the next announcement.
