Training challenge #2: Toughen up and get down on some L3 skate intervals with the US Ski Team.
Level 3 is training at threshold / steady state. One is not supposed to accumulate lactic
acid. One should feel like one could go faster and longer for every interval.
Skate with about 5 minutes or so for recovery between intervals. You want to make sure you're getting recovered so the quality stays high for the entire session.
