SISU Ski Fest needs Race Administrator

Greetings fellow ski enthusiasts!
Going into our third season now, the SISU Ski Fest board of directors has realized the potential for our race to grow in years to come, and with that, we are looking to hire a Race Administrator to help us with recruiting, marketing, volunteer coordination, public relations, etc for SISU 2012. January 13-14, 2012 is our event date. The event is held in Ironwood, Michigan.
The non-profit organization, SISU Ski Fest, is soliciting applications for a Race Administrator for the organization.
Skills & abilities:
Candidate must be self motivated, a self starter, involved with the community, and a visionary. Also must have strong organizational skills and attention to details. Strong computer skills required, internet savvy. Must be flexible, have great marketing and communication skills, and work well with people.
The position does provide flexibility, but does have year round functions. Duties include public relations, marketing, advertising, volunteer coordinator, and community relations.
Pay will be by contract, $5,000 base with ability to earn bonuses based on increasing revenues.
