Koch and Powell also crowned Grand Champions

Vasa weekend also crowned two other sets of champions: the Grand Champions and the Reserve Grand Champions. Amy Powell and Jeff Koch were the Grand Champions by winning both the 50k Vasa Freestyle and 16k Gran Classic races. Susan Vigland and Cliff Onthank were crowned Reserver Grand Champions for best combined finishes in the 27k Vasa Freestyle and 16k Gran Traverse and, in Ontahnk's case, a bonus for his effort in Friday night's Vasa Sprints.
Racing skis from xcskiship.com (Grayling's Cross Country Ski Shop) and crosscountryski.com (Cross Country Ski Headquarters in Higgins Lake) were awarded to the Grand and Reserve Grand Champions.
