Holiday Classic changes to interval start

All the snow falls to the south of us!! With no new snow in over a week, the snow we got has compacted to a nice but shallow base. We have a good track but I think trying to set a new track would bring up a lot of dirt.

Therefore, the Holiday Classic will be a 15 Sec Interval Start instead of a Mass Start.
