Hello Friends of the Noquemanon Trail Network,
I’d like to invite you to the Forestville Trail Head facility this Saturday Nov 6th at 9:30am to take part in a work bee. Each year the trails need to be prepared for the snow season by mowing the grass, clearing sticks and debris and smoothing out rough spots. When the snow comes, we want to be ready to start the grooming process.
Currently the snow machines and Bombi groomers are tuned up and ready to go. We’ve inventoried the trail signs, mowed the tall grass and hired our winter staff. All we need is the white stuff and then let the fun begin.
Please meet at the pole barn. You will have the choice of walking a trail throwing off sticks, or racking out rough spots on the Upper Animoosh trail. Bring your dog and get your morning workout by helping at the Forestville Trails!
Call Laurie Neldberg-Weesen, ski operations chair, at 226-3476 if you have questions.
