Tim Petrick, currently Group Rossignol’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, has been promoted to the position of President of North American operations based in Park City, Utah. Petrick is taking over for François Goulet who has resigned to pursue new interests. Goulet will continue running Group Rossignol’s North American operations in a transitional capacity until year end.
“I’d like to sincerely thank François for his 21 years of service to Group Rossignol’s brands,” stated Bruno Cercley, Chief Executive Officer. “François has done a great job with our North American business. Our brands enjoy strong momentum both in the US and Canada and we are poised for profitable growth. Under the new leadership of Tim Petrick, well known in the US and Canadian markets, I am confident that our North American operations will build upon their recent successes.”
Along with Petrick’s move to North America, several other changes are being made at Group Rossignol’s headquarters in Grenoble, France.
Sylvain Noailly, currently Director of Sales for Austria, Germany and Switzerland, becomes Group Rossignol’s Director of Brands and Product Marketing and will continue to coordinate with the key accounts in these countries. “Sylvain will be responsible for all communication and product management direction for the Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange and Look brands, along with developing multi-year plans,” stated Bruno Cercley. “I believe Sylvain’s focus on this critical aspect of our business will help us build upon the significant rebound we have experienced in our brands globally.”
Guy Bara, currently Sales Manager for the Dynastar and Lange brands in France, has been named Brand Manager. He replaces longtime Dynastar/Lange brand director, Jean-Renaud Daniel, who announced his retirement earlier this year. “Jean-Renaud Daniel has been a key member of the Dynastar/Lange team for nearly 35 years,” said Bruno Cercley. “We wish him the very best as he begins his retirement from active service and thank him for his many contributions.” Cercley went on to say, “Guy Bara is a talented sales person with a strong marketing sense and he is absolutely passionate about the Dynastar and Lange brands. I know he will do a great job leading these brands into the future.”
