Too Late Now: The Vasaloppet is sold out

Have you been thinking you would take part in the famous Vasaloppet next year? Well, if you have not registered until no you will have to wait to 2012. All entries have been sold out and no skiers will be registered further.

Registrations for 87th Vasaloppet were flowing in until the last moment and when the number reached 15,800 the limit was reached. However, there are still available entries for other races that part of the Vasaloppet Winter Week 2011.

Skiing enthusiasts can register for the "Open Track", which covers the Vasaloppet course. "The Vasaloppet Winter Week is a race for everyone to strive for their training," says CEO Vasaloppet Jonas Bauer.

Friday, February 25: Short Vasan, 30 km
Saturday, February 26: TjejVasan, 30 km
Sunday, February 27: Youth Vasan, 3/5/7/9 km, Open Track, 90 km
Monday, February 28: Open Track, 90 km
Tuesday, March 1: Half Vasan, 45 km
Friday, March 4: Skating Vasan, 30/45 km, Vasan 9/14/19/24/24 km Relay
Sunday, March 6: Vasaloppet, 90 km FULL
