Andy Newell (bib 41, red suit, first red skier to come into view after 13 seconds into the video) makes it through "by skiing on half snow half people on the left hand side". Brian Greg (bib 53, 19 seconds into the video, back of pile up) "...gets stuck in traffic before being tamahawked by a Swede going 50mph" says Newell in his blog.

Newell finishes 39th overall; Brian Gregg gets 48th.
