State-of-the-art equipment waiting to groom entire Black Mountain trail system

The Thunder Bay Trail Association has great grooming equipment currently being used to groom 7 miles out of the 30 miles that make up the Black Mountian trail. We could have Black Mountain looking like the Noque course if we just could get permission to groom the rest.
The Track Truck:
This is Jim Meyer's latest creation. a 9' hybrid between a tidd tech and a ginzu. Very heavy which should make some awesome firm trails. This implement will be pulled by the track truck, we also have a smaller version to be pulled by our 1000 cc four stroke snowmobile:
We could have Black Mountain looking like the Noque course if the Thunder Bay Trail Association could get permission from the DNR to groom the trail with this equipment:
