Also, after your event, $5 and your bib will get you a shower in the Fitness Center at Shanty Creek Resort. Fresh snow is expected this week. Register now.
Waxing
There will be two opportunities for waxing with this year's Stampede. Nic Baic will conduct a waxing workshop, Friday night at Shanty Creek Resort, Parlor 'G'. Nic is a recognized TOKO Wax instructor and is offering his years' of experience to all who want to share. Waxes will not be available so bring your own and your waxing gear. Space for waxing will be available.
Saturday morning all that is offered is a tarp covering a corner of the floor. No waxes or benches are available. Plan on minimal waxing here.
Featuring Short's Brewing Company
The White Pine Stampede welcomes Short's Brewing Company of Bellaire as a sponsor of this year's event. A brew from Short's will be featured at this year's skiers' gathering prior to the awards, Saturday afternoon.
