ABR Adds Four New Trails to System

ABR has added 4 new trails totaling 6.4 km for this winter.

Valley Alley Trail is a beginner level skate and classic 2-way trail accessed at the end of the field off of the River Trail. It allows the beginner skier or tired skier to get to and from the back part of the trail system without the big hills of the River Trail. It also allows the Rustic Cabin guests easy access to #2 Cabin. It is a 1 km out, 1 km back trail.

The White Pine Trail has been added on to the end of the Jack Pine Trail. The trail winds through some huge virgin White Pines. It is a classic only loop 1.3 km for intermediate skiers.

Cherry Dairy is a 2 km figure 8 loop accessed at the end of the field to the left. It is groomed for skating and classic and is a beginner loop.

Rascal's Revenge is a 1.1 km trail across the road from our entrance. This trail is an advanced trail and will be the only trail on our system open to dogs and snowshoes on the groomed ski trail. The trail will be groomed for skating and classic.

The Easy Trail and Pit Point have had a new portion rerouted and added.

The Snowshoe Trail also has some new trail added.
