August 20 Rollerski on the Pere Marquette Trail

The Cross Country Ski Headquarters team and friends plan on getting together on August 20th at 1:00pm for another rollerski training session. We are going to meet at "North Bradley Trail Head" which is the half way point between Midland and Claire, Mi. on the Pere Marquette Trail System.

After the session we will get together at Jim Bradley's home just a few miles from the starting point for a cookout, everyone is to BYO food, drink and utensils.

We always tell everyone all forms of non-motorized wheels are welcome. This is a great trail to get out and really cruise on a bike since it is real flat and smooth and if you go all the way you can get in close to 60 miles.

Directions:

Exit off Hwy 10 at the M18/Beaverton - Gladwin exit and go South (do not go toward Beaverton - Gladwin, go the other way).

Go 1 mile to the Stop Sign at M18 & Saginaw Road. Turn right and travel approximately 50 yards and you will see the trail parking lot on your left next to the intersection of Saginaw Road & Barton Road.
