DNR denies TART report

Hi Mike,
Over the last two weeks I have had personal conversations with numerous dnr officials regarding the news that no grooming will be performed by the DNR this year. Although this may be the case, as of today (12-09) no official decision has been reached.....in fact the DNR catagorically denied the report issued by the TART people. They advised that a decision should be reached before the end of december and likely by next week. In any event, the grooming for the Black Mountain Race will be performed and the race will take place as scheduled barring lack of snow.
