West Yellowstone requests letters of support

Greetings! For the fourth consecutive year the West Yellowstone Cross Country Ski and Snowmobile Grooming Committees are applying for the MT Fish Wildlife and Parks Recreational Trails Program grant. Money received from this grant over the last three years has been used to partially fund winter grooming of the Rendezvous Ski Trails and summer trail work. Part of the grant application is public support. Our previous success in being awarded this grant has been the prolific and wide spread support we have received. We need help from you, your business, or organization once again.
Please send letters of support for the Rendezvous Ski Trails Grooming and Maintenance Program with the following information...
I have included a sample letter (Word document) to be revised as you see fit. Letters should be on your letterhead.

It is very important to send them to me and not FWP. We must receive the letters by June 15 to be included in our grant application.
