NENSA needs Youth and Intro Programs Director

I am writing today to announce an opportunity to join NENSA as a full-time member of our staff team.  The Youth & Introductory Programs Director directs youth skiing with the Bill Koch Youth Ski League committee and builds on NENSA's current programming designed to attract new skiers of all ages to the sport; specifically clinics, camps, and travel opportunities, along with the coaches education curriculum. This position will also oversee the development and implementation of new programming and community skiing initiatives. In addition, the Introductory rograms Director works closely with NENSA's Executive Director, Competitive Programs Director, Office Manager, Event Manager, committees, and board of directors to support projects contributing to all aspects of the mission.

NENSA is looking for a self-directed, highly motivated, team-player with a demonstrated track-record of working successfully with kids to serve as its Youth & Introductory Programs Director. The right candidate will be ready to have a huge impact on skiing in New England by managing programs to introduce skiers of all ages to the sport.
