RESULTS: Paull, Paull, Kerr, and Olson overall winners in 2023 Michigan Cup

Mandy Paull and dad Denny Paull have won the Michigan Cup! And husband and wife duo Michael Davis and Rebecca Davis take second place! Who knew the 2023 Michigan Cup season was going to be so family oriented!
Mandy Paull (Hanson Hills/Cross Country Ski Shop) won with 997 points, overtaking Rebecca Davis (Hanson Hills/Cross Country Ski Shop) and Mariah Frye (Cross Country Ski Headquarters) who had 991 and 964 points. Ellen Thompson (Team NordicSkiRacer) and Sarah Newmister (Team NordicSkiRacer) also had the same number of points as Frye, but Frye beat them in head-to-head competition.
Denny Paull (Grand Rapids Nordic Ski Team) won with 991 points. Michael Davis (Hanson Hills/Cross Country Ski Shop) and Glenn Goodman (VASA Ski Club) finished with the same number of points (987), but in head-to-head racing, Davis beat Goodman in four out of five races so Davis gets second with Goodman in third.
For the juniors, both Josh Kerr and Arianne Olson received the maximum number of points (1,000) to finish first in Junior men's and women's division. Kerr (VASA Ski Club) beat his two teammates, Ryan Donnell (976) and Liam Wiezba (960 points).
Olson (Grand Rapids Nordic Ski Team) was followed by second place finisher Annie Paulson (985, VASA Ski Club) and third place Mylie Kelly (970 points, Crystal Nordic Ski Team).
