Forbush Corner Nordic will be holding The Michael Seaman classic race on Saturday January 30th starting at 10 am. The format will be waves of 12 going off every 4 minutes. There will be no day off registration. You must pre-register before race day through www.skireg.com, in person at the shop, or through a mail in registration form you can get at our website, www.forbushcornernordic.com. The cost will be $30. $10 of each registration will be going to the Michael Seaman Memorial Scholarship. There are 6 waves set up for skiers to self-seed. There will be no awards or awards ceremony. Forbush Corner Nordic also expects to be able to hold the Meijer State Games freestyle race on February 20th with the same protocols as the Michael Seaman classic race.
Virtual races: Anyone wishing to complete their virtual races at Forbush Corner Nordic may do so at the reduced trail fee rate of $5 with proof of registration for either the White Pine Stampede or the Noquemanon. We will have routes set up to meet either the 10/20k distances for the White Pine Stampede or the 22/42k distances for the Noquemanon. Will also honor this rate for anyone doing the virtual Birkebeiner. We will have different routes for people to choose from depending on current trail conditions.
