This is Jeremiah and Lizzie Osteen, we hope you are doing well and enjoying the cooler weather as much as we have been. As the months get closer to the next season, it is more and more important that we take the time to go over technique and get comfortable on the roller skis before transitioning to the snow. As Andy Liebner always stresses, a better technique will help conserve energy and allow for a faster and more balanced skiing experience.
As a result, we will be hosting a rollerski clinic here in Lafayette, Indiana. The clinic will be held on Saturday morning Sept. 26th at 10:00 a.m. at Prophetstown State Park. We will meet at the pool parking lot where we will cover a number of basic concepts for balance and transitions between V1 and V2 as well as cover the basics for classic ski. If you don’t have the equipment that is fine, I will lend out my gear to borrow. In the future we will have demo gear for people to try and for sale via our provider, Andy Liebner.
The State Park charges an entrance fee of $8. The clinic itself is $30 a person ($20 for those under the age of 18). Payments can be made by cash, check, or PayPal (to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to seeing you there and hope you have a great day.
Please RSVP to email@example.com.
