SISU Ski Fest goes virtual for 2021

The SISU Ski Fest in Ironwood, Michigan, will run a virtual event this season in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. There are no details yet, but more is expected in early October. Their web site still lists three races distances (31K, 15K, and 5K) but this could change. The Fest is still scheduled for Saturday January 9, 2020.

Official announcement from race organizers:

The Planning Team is hard at work putting together a virtual SISU for 2021. The event will be fun AND competitive, while respecting the limitations we are all experiencing due to COVID-19. Registration is temporarily suspended during this planning process. We will launch the 2021 event and resume registration by October 1st. Thank you for your patience.
