RESULTS: CXC GLD Junior National Qualifier: Boyne Freestyle

Saturday, February 2, Boyne Mountain. Central Cross Country Skiing's Great Lakes Division's freestyle Junior National Qualifier race was held on Saturday on the hilly cross country ski trails at Boyne Mountain. Girls raced 5km while the boys skated 10km.

Winners in each division ("U" stands for "Under"):

Girls:

• U16: Maria Velat, Houghton
• U18: Anabel Needham, Houghton
• U20: Samantha Borzick, Marquette

Boys:

• U16: Michael Fraley, Houghton
• U18: Ted Roe, Traverse City
• U20: Nathan Garwood, Marquette.
