Two rollerski clinics over Labor Day Weekend

It's time to get serious about cross country ski season, and Andy Liebner is going to help you get into your Nordic Groove with two rollerski clinics this Labor Day weekend. The first clinic is in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Saturday, September 2; the second is at the Cross Country Ski Headquarters in Roscommon, MI on Sunday, September 3.

Olympic Nordic Ski Coach, Andy Liebner, will host a roller ski clinic for competitive skiers, and will focus on improving technique, workout planning, race and warm-up activities, heart rate zone training, and more.

Saturday, September 2

Where: Meet at Millennium Park parking lot near the corner of Maynard Ave SW and the foot bridge (1415 Maynard Ave SW, Walker, MI 49534, just southwest of Grand Rapids off I-196)
Start: Be ready to skate rollerski at 10:00am
Length: 2 hours
Cost: $30 for skiers who are not members of Andy's coaching program (free for members of Andy's coaching program).
