Rollerski clinic in Livonia, MI this Saturday, July 15

Andy Liebner invites XC Skiers who would like to hone their skills and establish an endurance base during the summer months to attend a rollerski clinic this Saturday, July 15. The clinic will meet at the Andiamo Livonia restaurant parking lot on the southwest corner of I-275 and 7 Mile Road in Livonia, MI. Be ready to ski at 9:00am in the morning at 3:00pm in the afternoon. Each session is 2-3 hours.

A program designed to teach you how to rollerski or how to improve your technique (classic or skate style). Clinic includes instruction on the following:

• Safety and learning how to stop
• V2, V2-alt, V1 techniques
• Cornering and double poling

Equipment

Demo Rundleski roller skis (both skate and classic) and USSPC ski poles will be available, if needed. Bring your XC ski boots, helmet, gloves and hydration.

Cost

$50/day

 

Andy has coached both experienced and novice skiers and will have tailored workouts for every ability level.
