Send a University of Michigan skier to Nationals

Dear Michigan Cuppers and Michigan Nordic Skiing Community,

Thank you all for such a fantastic season! Our team sends our sincere thanks to each person that made all of the races possible - we are so lucky to have this crew of hard working people.

Most of our team will not be attending the Boyne Grinder due to our spring break conflicting, and the end of season relays overlap with our Nationals in Oregon. So, THANK YOU for such a great season and we can't wait to see you all next year.

On the note of USCSA National Championships, this year we have found ourselves in a large lack of funding. Please see the attached letter for an explanation as well as a bio on each skier that will be going to Bend in a week and a half - you will see some familiar faces! We are creating this "Sponsor a Skier" campaign to assist our athletes in getting across the country to compete this year and we asking for donations, big or small, to aid us in this journey.

If it is feasible, circulation of this email and the letter to the broader Michigan nordic skiing community and any supporters would be enormously appreciated. This year is unique in many ways, as we have come to find out.

Again, please spread the word only if it is possible and only if you are comfortable.
