Dec 10th: Ski Clinic with Amy Powell + Fast Wax Clinic with Dan Meyer

Don’t miss out on undoubtedly some of the best technique training available from Amy Powell on Saturday, December 10th. Amy is a Level 3 PSIA certified ski instructor, former MI Cup Overall Women’s Champion and Vasa 50km champion, and all around great ski instructor. Amy is excellent at coaching a wide array of abilities and has a keen eye for technique. She is especially good at helping people ski more efficiently, which is beneficial whether you’re a recreational fitness skier or a ski racer. Amy’s clinics are a lot of fun, and everyone always learns a lot!

Clinic Schedule:

10:00am – 11:00am // Level 1-2 Skate Clinic (Beginner/Intermediate)
11:30am – 12:30pm // Level 2-3 Skate Clinic (Intermediate/Advanced)
1:30pm – 2:30pm // Level 1-2 Classic Clinic (Beginner/Intermediate)
3:00pm – 4:00pm // Level 2-3 Classic Clinic (Intermediate/Advanced)

After the ski clinic is our annual wax clinic at 4:00pm. This year, Fast Wax founder Dan Meyer will be giving the clinic, which will be highly informative and of interest to both racers and recreational skiers. He will go over waxing technique for skating and classic, and will also highlight some key products from increasingly popular, USA-based wax company. There is no charge for this clinic.
