Skiers! Kensington Metropark Master Plan Meeting Dec 3

Carolyn Lusch, System Planner for the Huron-Clinton Metroparks, has announced a second meeting around the Master Plan for Kensington Metropark. Says Lusch,

We are nearing the end of master plan development for Kensington Metropark. We appreciated all the feedback received from stakeholders through our previous public meeting and online survey, and have incorporated those opinions into our planning process. Your input is important to us again at this second meeting, where we will present proposed projects and ideas for inclusion in the finished plan, and ask for your reactions.

The meeting will be

Nature Center
No RSVP required

This meeting will include a brief presentation as well as time for questions and feedback. Lusch says you are encouraged to bring your children/grandchildren, as we plan to have an activity in which they can participate.

Skiers, bikers, runners: Could be interesting to see what they are doing for endurance athletes. Could we get snowmaking at Kensington, too? Skate trails? Better grooming in general?
