Frosty Ski Tour on Sunday, after Krazy Klassic race

The Washtenaw Ski Touring Club is running a Frosty Ski Tour this Sunday, January 11, in conjunction with a weekend of Frosty cross country ski activities. How about a ski tour on the groomed cross country ski trails of Huron Meadows Metropark, with a bonfire and snack stops along the way, and food at the end? Start skiing any time between 1:00pm and 3:00pm (registration ends at 2;30pm). Food will be served in the ski center as part of the ski tour between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.

The cost is $25 per person (includes ski rental), $20 for skiers with their own skis, and $15 for kids 12 and under, regardless of equipment needs.

There is tons of snow. In fact, there is MUCH more snow that you think, since Huron Meadows Metropark owns 4 snow guns and makes its own snow. We've been skiing since early December.
