Constructive DNR meeting of fatbikes vs, skiers on Vasa Trail

Interlochen Public Radio has a nice article on DNR meeting in Traverse City, MI, to discuss fatbikes on the Vasa Trail. Almost 200 cross country skiers and bikers attended the meeting. Since the outcome has implications for skiers and bikers on other trails throughout the State of Michigan - and even other state - several people traveled long distances to attend the meeting.

The DNR is forming a committee of skiers, bikers and TART Trail representives to work on next steps. The DNR will meet with the committee as it's next step.
