White Pine Stampede update

Snow is not an issue! The predicted temperature for Saturday is 19 degrees.

The 50 KM and 20 KM races have some course changes, BE SURE to attend your pre race meeting.

It has been announced by Short's and Shanty Creek that a mashed potato bar will be available for those involved in the race including race entrants, guests of entrants and volunteers.  Do not forget that along with the mashed potato bar we will be having five flavors of Short's product,  musical entertainment, prize drawings from Moosejaw and the annual slideshow.

SHUTTLES:  Shuttles will be available you to return you to your vehicle from each finish.  50KM and 20KM pickup from the front of the Summit Center Conference Center and from the 20KM parking lot.  For those staying at Shanty Creek or Schuss Mountain a shuttle will be available to transport you to the start - PLEASE NOTIFY the front desk of the desired time when you check in.

MANCELONA HIGH SCHOOL: The school will open at 7:30 AM for registration.  There will be an egg and pancake breakfast available for $4.00, a fund raiser for the Mancelona Health Clinic.  The school will close at Noon - BE SURE to remove all personal items before that time.

WAX CLINIC: The wax clinic will held between 7:00 PM and 8:00PM on Friday night in Parlor G of the Summit Center.

ONE DAY MEMBERSHIP:  Shanty Creek is offering to all entrants a one day membership in the resort fitness center,  to be used race day, for five dollars.  This includes all the amenities of the fitness center including sauna.
