Need a Noquemanon alternative? Try the Ohio Nordic Championships!

Not heading north to the Noquemanon Ski Marathon? Head south to the Ohio Nordic Championships and Junior Races. The Ohio Nordic Ski Club and Hilltoppers XC will be holding a same-day pursuit format at Girdled Road Reservation South (12926 Radcliffe Road, Concord Twp., OH 44077). There will be several race options (see below).

  

Please PRE-REGISTER for all races at http://www.webscorer.com/4494. Pre-Registration is essential so that we can have a smooth registration process.

The race organizers say "Please also FORWARD THIS RACE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL XC SKIERS YOU KNOW."

A Race Fee of $10 to be collected day of Race.

Format:

2K-C/2K-F  Pursuit
4K-F/4K-F  Pursuit

2K Classic Only
2K Freestyle Only

4K Freestyle Only
4K Classic Only

1K Bunnyrabbit (Youth 8 and under)

Awards for Open/Adult Division will be for Pursuit Format only.  Awards for Youth and Novice Skiers will be for Pursuit and for each separate legs (CL & F).  This will be a great race for NOVICE SKIERS and those wanting to try their first ski race.

First race leg (Classic format) mass start at 10:00AM until all races are completed.  Registration and bibing starts at 8:03AM  Freestyle race will begin at 11:00AM and no sooner than 15 minutes after last skier completes Classic Leg.
