The Michigan Cup 6 Hour Team Relay ran under perfect weather and skiing conditions. The skate lane and striding tracks were firm and made for great racing.
Barb Beauregard, Gussie Peterson, and Laura Webb of the Vasa Ski Club topped the Women's standing, with 18 laps, 4 more than the second place team. Hanson Hills/Cross Country Ski Shop won both the Men's and Coed categories. In the Men's race Ryan Harris, Alex Vanius and Dan Yankus skied 23 laps. In the coed division, Brenda Carlson, Steve Seager and Rob Fairman finished first with 20 laps.
