2014 We-Ski Program registration is open

The North American VASA, the Vasa Ski Club and Timber Ridge Resort will once again offer the “We Ski” program. This very effective skiing partnership will celebrate its fifth season on three consecutive Thursdays during January, 2014. Each year this program has sold out with a capacity of 90 registrants.

"We Ski" is designed to introduce families and individuals to the many benefits and enjoyment of cross country skiing. Participants range from those who have never skied before to more advanced skiers. The Vasa Ski Club members are instructors for both classical and skate skiing.

A healthy meal will be served in the Timber Ridge lodge after each session as well as a snack before the class; marshmallows by the fire will serve as dessert.

Ski equipment is the responsibility of the skiers. Rental equipment is available at Brick Wheels and at Timber Ridge on a first come-first served basis. The supply is limited at both locations. Please make your equipment plans as soon as possible to avoid being disappointed.

Since the program has been in such high demand and is limited to 90 skiers, preference for registration will be shown to new participants.

Fees for the program are only $45/family and $30/individual which covers the entire program. Also, the Timber Ridge trail pass is included in the fees.
