Opening day on Frozen Thunder!

Skiing on snow returns for another season at the Canmore Nordic Centre! The Canmore Nordic Centre has taken out the stash of snow the squirreled away over the summer and have rebuilt the 2km Frozen Thunder early season trail. Canmore has world’s largest snow making system for a Nordic facility.

Frozen Thunder will be open for public use after 12:00pm on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.  A day pass or the new "Frozen Thunder Pass" is required to ski Frozen Thunder prior to November 15.
