The Grand Rapids Nordic Ski Team is hosting a Roller Ski Technique, Training and Waxing Clinic Saturday, October 19 (9:00am - 5:00pm) & Sunday October 20 (9:00am - noon), 2013, at the Pando Winter Sports Park at 8076 Belding Road NE, in Rockford, Michigan.
Sten Fjeldheim returns as head coach. Sten is the Northern Michigan University Nordic Ski Team Head Coach and has coached 5 NCAA Champions, 75 NCAA All‐Americans, and 10 Olympians.
Joining Sten will be Haakon Stuge Baanerud, Assistant NMU Nordic Ski Coach. Haakon is a graduate of Oslo Sports University, Norwegian 15 Year Old National Champion, and Waxing Tech for the Norwegian World Loppet Ski Team.

- Strength Workouts
Fee $250 – Limit 15 Skiers – Lunch provided on Saturday. Registration form (PDF).
