Andy Liebner Roller Ski Clinic – Monday, September 2nd, 12:00pm-3:00pm
Renowned cross country skier and coach, Andy Liebner, will lead a roller skiing clinic at XC Ski HQ. This is a fantastic opportunity for first time roller skiers, as well as intermediate and experienced roller skiers to practice the fundamentals and hone technique under the guidance of a great athlete and coach. Andy was the overall winner of the 2011 US Ski Marathon Series, a multi-time college All-American skier, and he’s also a very passionate, energetic, and friendly person. He will cover Skate and Classic roller skiing, plus nordic walking technique. Open to all levels, cost is $30 for the 3 hour clinic.

Yoga for Skiers – Saturday, 10:00am
Certified Yoga Instructor and avid cross country skier, Mariah Frye Colie, will lead a Yoga for Skiers class. Open to the public and free of charge, the class will cover the best stretches and strengthening exercises for cross country skier to prevent injury and improve performance. The class will last approximately 30 minutes.

Nordic Pole Walking Demos, Mountain Biking, Hiking on the Ski Trails – All Weekend  
Try a whole new way to walk and work out! Nordic walking burns up to 40% more calories than regular walking, and is great for xc ski training and overall fitness. Try a pair for free on our beautiful trails anytime during store hours over the weekend! The trails have been meticulously maintained and mowed all summer, and they are yours to explore, free of charge!!
