Pre-Turkey Rollerski time trial at Kensington Metropark

Jon Morgan, Rob Fairman and I will be out at the West Boat Launch parking lot (off Kensington Rd) in Kensington Metropark on Thanksgiving Thursday at 8am sharp so the holiday can still be enjoyed. We will warmup and head over to the long wooden bridge. Starting from there, we race clockwise and do a one-lap time trial with 30 second intervals (bring your own watch). We welcome all who are looking for a pre-turkey workout.The time trial course is about 8.5 miles long.
