The Great Lakes Marathon Series is a series of  marathons, two in the upper peninsula, two in the lower peninsula, sponsored by the Michigan Cup Series. Skiers completing 3 of the 4 marathon distances receive a gold pin. Skiers completing any combination of 3 long and short distances receive a silver pin.
